The Arrive Control Bridge is a USB to Serial Control Port Expander
compatible with all Arrive EdgelessMedia processors which are
either not equipped with internal COM ports or need to add
additional COM ports for connected device management via EM
Server and Arrive ControlPoint. It provides immense flexibility
in catering to control needs from connected devices in meeting
rooms, classrooms and conference rooms and is plug and play
capable with Arrive compatible hardware to help connect, monitor
and control your serial devices
The unique capability of the ACB-USB-1040 is its COM retention
feature, allowing the same COM port values to automatically
be re-assigned to the port if the cable is disconnected and reconnected to the host processor, or if the system is rebooted.
When used with compatible Arrive EdgelessMedia hardware, the
Arrive Control Bridge becomes part of the management controls
on Arrive ControlPoint consoles.
