Lotus West Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated as a
private limited company on 31st March 1994.
The company has ventured into
telecommunication activity with a full pledge
products and services. Over the years we have
grown to become more focus in our application
development and products, and more exposed
to customizing solutions to meet the needs of
our clients. The company comprises of young
and proficient technopreneurs who are well
equipped with the state-of-the-art-technology
and fervent to seize opportunities along with
seeking business niches.

Lotus West focus and specializes in

provisioning of telecommunications test,
support & services and professional training for
Malaysias telecommunication industry. Since
its inception Lotus West have served many big
corporations on their telecommunication and
energy saving needs.
Lotus West mark a new chapter in 2014 when
awarded a 10 year contract for supplying,
commissioning and monitoring energy saving
solution for a giant telecommunication company
though a shared-saving scheme.

The government of Malaysia under the Eight

Malaysian Plan and the Ten Year Outline
Perspective Plan (OP3) recognized energy
efficiency as an important measure to increase
the competitiveness of the countrys goods and
services.
Since 2002, the government has introduced a
series of initiatives to tackle the energy
efficiency implementation barriers in the country.
The Malaysian Industrial Energy Efficiency
Improvement Project (MIEEIP) was developed
as a comprehensive plan to remove barriers to
the efficient use of energy by the industrial
sector, in total, eight components ranging from
bench marking program, energy auditing
program to ESCO support program and
financial institutions participation programs were
included in the MIEEIP.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT GOLD

STANDARD
The EMGS rating is awarded to
companies that have
implemented the energy
management system, upon an
audit by AEMAS auditors. Such
companies have an energy
manager, a company-wide
energy management committee,
and have implemented the entire
energy management system.

KESECO ULTRA

ULTRA is the premier Electric Current Optimization system that

compensates for energy that is normally lost in Alternating Current (AC)
systems without dropping voltage. The main reactions within ULTRA
occur between ceramic coatings, the ULTRA composite and the
presence of the Alternating Magnetic Field (AMF) that accompanies all
AC systems.
Far Infrared Ray that is emitted from the ceramic coatings activates
the electrons in the ULTRA composite through Resonance Absorption.
A Magnetic Interaction occurs between the activated electrons of the
ULTRA composite and the AMF. This magnetic interaction generates
magnetic wave energy and supplies it to the AC circuit.

An IKEA retail store in Cyprus installed a U-1000 and two U-500

units in their facilities on January 9, 2012. The stores kWh usage
was monitored from January to August after the installation and
compared with the kWh usage from the same period of the
previous year. The store used 13.7% less energy after the
installation of ULTRA.

Caltex is an international oil company with a branch in Australia.

This Caltex station in Australia installed a UC-50 on April 19, 2012.
Electricity consumption data was collected for a 5 month period
prior to the installation and compared with data that was
collected after the installation of the UC-50. The results show
that the site used 11.9% less kWh after the installation of ULTRA.
