If the purpose, is to change any parameter from the configuration of external alarm. The Mo must
be locked. To lock an MO, could be used a Set command to affect the administrativeState value.
For example:
Set <Mo name or Proxy ID> <attribute> <value>
set Equipment=1,AuxPlugInUnit=1,XalmDeviceGroup=1,AlmDeviceSet=1,AlmDevice=1 administrativeState 0
or

set 503 administrativeState 0

An easy way to do it, is using the following commands.
Lbl/bl to lock
lbl <Mo name or Proxy ID>
lbl Equipment=1,AuxPlugInUnit=1,XalmDeviceGroup=1,AlmDeviceSet=1,AlmDevice=1
or

lbl 503
Ldeb/deb to unlock
ldeb <Mo name or Proxy ID>
ldeb Equipment=1,AuxPlugInUnit=1,XalmDeviceGroup=1,AlmDeviceSet=1,AlmDevice=1
or

ldeb 503
after this mo locked, may proceed with the changes. Please dont forget, to unlock the alarm at
the end. If not the alarms will stay inhibit.
Lga: Displays all of the past alarms.
The password of node is wireless
