All cruises with MSC are undertaken as per our Booking Terms and Conditions (STC's), which each passenger is taken to have read and understood, and which are also attached to this

information in respect of Booking Flexibility where an Experience is booked.
Pricing
MSC Cruises operates a Dynamic Pricing Policy. Bookings not secured within the time frame and with the minimum required deposit will automatically be cancelled. MSC Cruises cannot
guarantee that the same price/cabin category/cabin type or cruise date will be available to rebook where bookings have been cancelled. MSC Cruises operates a number of Theme Cruises.
Please check the 'Price Description' on your Confirmation to clarify whether the cruise you have booked has a particular theme. For your convenience refer to our website
www.msccruises.co.za for more information on Themes.
How to secure your cruise booking
1. Booking Form You must complete and submit your online Booking Form within 7 days of deposit. Please proceed to our website www.msccruises.co.za to the 'Already Booked' tab
and click on 'Online Booking Form'.
2. Payment A nonrefundable/nontransferrable deposit of R3000 per cabin includes the mandatory cruise insurance (local cruises only) and must be received within 72 hours of
booking (when a booking is made more than 60days before sailing). Full Payment is required simultaneously at the time of booking to secure a Last minute booking (Booking within
60days of sailing). Final payment is required no later than 60days before departure.
MSC Cruises SA is a bank approved beneficiary: MSC Crociere S.A (Trading as MSC Cruises)Payments can also be made to: Account name: MSC Crociere SA; A/c Number:
1036709086; Bank Nedbank; Branch 198765. In all instances please use your Booking Number as the Beneficiary Reference when making a payment. Proof of payment to be emailed to
payments@msccruises.co.za (In respect of EFT payments it may be necessary to add a 0 to the beginning of your booking number for the bank to recognise the Booking number).
3. Cruise Tickets Tickets will be issued at least 21 days prior to departure, provided the completed Booking Forms and Full Payment have been received. Tickets are emailed to you, to
be printed and presented at the port for embarkation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Travel Documentation
All passengers (Adults and Children) are responsible for presenting the correct documents when boarding the vessel. Passengers must be in possession of valid passports and any visa or
immunizations required for all scheduled ports at which the cruise ship will call. (Not intending to disembark at a port does not exclude a passenger from obtaining the required visas and
inoculations). Please check with the relevant Embassies. Passengers who do not present the necessary documentation will not be permitted to embark the ship. Please take note of the new
Immigration laws in respect of Adults travelling with children under 18 available for your convenience on our website www.msccruises.co.za
Dining
Dining seating time preferences are not confirmed and are subject to confirmation once onboard. Tables generally accommodate 8, 6, 4 passengers, private dining is not available in the
main dining rooms.For International cruises after March 2015 the following will apply in respect of Experiences booked: Bella cabins: Dining seating is a request and confirmed onboard
only Fantastica cabins: Dining seating is a request, guests receive priority of selected choice, confirmed onboard only Aurea cabins: Guests have access to the dining room at any time
during service, including the break between first and second seating Yacht Club cabins: Guests have access to a dedicated Yacht Club restaurant, benefiting from a flexible choice of
dining time.
Special Needs
MSC Cruises should be informed of all Special Needs. The Special needs form is available on www.msccruises.co.za must be completed and returned to your local MSC Cruises office.

Cabin numbers
Cabin numbers indicated here are not final, and can be changed right up until departure date. MSC Cruises will guarantee the same or a higher category of cabin where cabin numbers have
been changed for operational reasons. For International cruises after March 2015 the following will apply in respect of Experiences booked: Bella cabins: Cabin numbers assigned are not
final and final cabin numbers are assigned once onboard only Fantastica cabins: Cabin numbers assigned are final, but can be changed by MSC Cruises without notice if required for
operational reasons Aurea cabins: Cabin numbers assigned are final, but can be changed by MSC Cruises without notice if required for operational reasons Yacht Club cabins: Cabin
numbers assigned are final, but can be changed by MSC Cruises without notice if required for operational reasons
Insurance Policy
The mandatory insurance policy included (local cruises only) contains restrictions regarding preexisting medical conditions which unless declared and accepted by Hollard Travel
Insurance in writing prior to travel may invalidate any subsequent claim. Please contact Hollard Travel Insurance for more information. ** Only children who are the legal/adopted
children of the adults with whom they are travelling share in the adults cover, a separate policy must be purchased for all other children. Please purchase this through your local MSC
Cruises Office as no passenger will be permitted to embark the ship without the required insurance. Internal and Africa Grand Voyages passengers must obtain their own travel
insurance. MSC Cruises may request proof of insurance purchased.
Embarkation
All passengers must embark the ship at least 3 hours prior to sailing. Please take note of the checkin times on your confirmation before making any flight bookings. For local cruises
checkin closes promptly 1.5 hours prior to sailing. For all Walvis Bay departures checkin closes 2 hours prior to sailing and all passengers not onboard 2 hours prior to sailing will risk
missing the ship.
