The tower at 14 East infuses the surrounding up and coming area
of Gzira with a fresh and modern take. What is expected to be a
fore-runner in Maltas architectural landscape, 14 East will combine

eco-green walls scattered across the building. With this in mind, the
interiors of the tower are envisioned to combine modern technology
and natural materials such as timbers, marbles and stone.

CONCEPT

Keeping the concept of eco-friendly and urban architecture in mind, the interiors of the office spaces have been
designed to enable you to adapt the spaces to your needs and requirements. Taking off with the architectural
green wall as inspiration, the spaces will be finished keeping in line with the eco-friendly trend.

Natural timbers, marble floors and beautiful

glass are all intended to make an appearance
in these spacious layouts. The interiors are finished in such a way as to allow you the maximum exploitation according to your business
needs. With ample space to divide the area interestingly, the office floors also include three
