BOGE oil-free screw compressors are divided into three clearlydefined
sections.The componentpartsare intelligentlypositioned along the cooling
airflow forincreased service life and promptavailabilityofcompressed
air.Controlelectronics,electricalcomponentsand motorare located in the
coolestpartofthe machine.
Both airend stages are easilyaccessible.Because a separate cooling air
fan is fitted asstandard an optionalcowlcoolercan be mounted directly
on the compressor.As the discharge airiscooled,no additionaldischarge
ducting is required which means the compressorcan be installed according
to individualrequirements

BOGE oil-free screwsare available airorwater-cooled.A tube in shell
principalisused forwatercooling.W aterflowsthrough the pipesand the
compressed airaround them,which meansthatthe dirtymedium passes
through the pipes this facilitates easymaintenance and cleaning.The
use ofribbed pipes on the compressed airside and plain pipeson the
water-side ensure a high degree ofefficiency.Flanged pipes also ensure
the replacementofthe cooling module withouthaving to remove a single
componentwhereaseasilyextractable pipe bundles make cleaning in
mounted condition simplerthan ever.The coolantcan be treated to achieve
