than an average coach (3 star), which determines the level of player
development. The coaches star rating is determined by their staff attributes;
strength and weaknesses.
The Football Manager 2015 training is split into 7 different coaching areas
from goalkeeper coaching to fitness and the five other general coaching
areas. Each area needs an excellent 5-star coach with the right expertise to
provide quality training. Assigning your best coaches to a training category
should be influenced by their best coaching category according to highest
star rating.
The coaches tactical preferences is also important to have an overview
over before appointing one. The coaching style will indicate which coaching
category he prefer, while the specialist training area will indicate where he
