Responsibilities

Quality control of material inspection testing,

Inspection of all electrical instruments and material etc; correlation of mill test
certificate,
Condition of materials, documenting and reporting of non conformity (if any) to
specification.

Responsible for incoming Material Inspection.

Witness and review of PMI reports.

Inspection of installed line as per the drawing.

Electrical materials joint inspection for release with the client.

Perform inspection on erection and installation of cables trays and all electrical
equipments.
Check on the material and installation as per the quality specification and codes,

Inspect materials upon the delivery on site prior to installation. Preparation of weekly and
monthly project accomplishment reports. Inspection and verification of materials,
Preparation of MIR.

Identifying the materials as per the material take off list during the installation.
Identify the electrical materials & fittings as per specification and code.
Identify equipments location as per General Arrangement Drawing.
Site surveillance to check the construction work and giving comments, if
necessary to maintain the quality and accuracy
Verification and checking the category B items of the punch list.
Preparing Final Inspection Reports.
Preparing Final QC Punch list.
Co-Ordination with Client.
Preparation of Bill of Material and Estimation.
Prepare work schedule, arranging materials at right time for new equipments
erection and commissioning.
Positive Material Identification (PMI) survey of electrical materials

Responsible for incoming Material Inspection.

Site supervision on different phases of works.

Witness and review of PMI reports.
