The surface of the steel plate with a pattern called the pattern plate, English name: diamond
plate. The pattern into lentils form, diamond, circular bean form, oval blend shape, on the market
to the most common bean form. The checkered steel plate can be prevented slippery, strengthen
the performance, saving steel, and many other advantages, in transportation, construction,
decoration, equipment around the floor, machinery, shipbuilding and other fields have a wide
application. Generally speaking, checkered steel plate the use of party to diamond plate
mechanical properties, mechanical performance requirements is not high, so the pattern plate
quality mainly for pattern much, decorative pattern height, decorative pattern difference. At
present on market commonly used thickness from 2.0 to 8 mm inequality, the width of the
common 1250mm and 1500 mm.
According to checkered steel plate the decorative pattern height should be greater than or equal
to 20% of the thickness of the base plate. The grade of the steel used for checkered plates may be
according to euro-steels: S235JR, S335JR.
