KEBUTUHAN KAPASITAS PARKIR DI KAMPUS UNISNU JEPARA

ABSTRACT
Parking area of Jepara Islamic Nahdlatul Ulama University ( UNISNU ) are 3252.5 m2. One of the
problems must be faced by increasing numbers of students, faculty and staff in the college, is the lack of
parking space . Lack of parking space causes chaotic and parking of vehicles into the parking lot at the
roadside , causing traffic jams purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of parking and
parking space requirements. Secondary data collected covers a land area of data parking, parking plan .
Primary data collected includes data recording the number of vehicle parking and parking facilities
inventory. Parking characteristic analysis was then performed in order to get a parking needs . From the
results obtained by analysis of the characteristics of a motorcycle parked at one location parking
Tuesday, dated 25 November 2014, Tarbiyah faculty: volume average parking for 774 vehicles
motorcycles and cars of 50 vehicles, with the highest accumulation of motors of 115 vehicles/hour and
car for 8 vehicles/hour and the average duration of 1.49 hour parking motorcycles/vehicles and cars by
1.6 hours/vehicle. The number of plots available for motorcycle parking 120 SRP with a capacity of 81
vehicles/hour and plots available for cars parking 5 SRP with a capacity of 3 vehicles/ hour. So that this
capacity can not accommodate parking during hours of peak demand . Index parking for motorcycles is
1,3 and cars is 2.56 , parking index greater than 1 ( one ) indicates that in these conditions the parking
accumulation exceeds the capacity of the existing parking lot . Regression analysis parking space
requirements for a motorcycle with the regression equation y = 0,683x + 78.706 and for cars with the
regression equation y = 1,03x + 2,185 .

ABSTRAK
Area parkir di Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (UNISNU) seluas 3252.5 m2. Salah satu masalah
yang harus dihadapi dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa, fakultas dan staf kampus adalah
kekurangan tempat parkir. Kurangnya tempat parkir menyebabkan kesemrawutan kendaraan di area
parkir sampai sisi jalan. Study ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik parkir and kebutuhan ruang
parkir. Pengumpulan data kedua mengayomi area lahan data parkir, rencana parkir. Pengumpulan data
utama termasuk data rekaman jumlah kendaraan di area parkir dan penemuan fasilitas parkir. Analisa
karakter parkir diperlihatkan untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan parkir. Dari hasil analisa diperoleh analisis
karakteristik parkir sepeda motor ke satu lokasi pada hari Selasa tanggal 25 November 2014, volume
kendaraan di fakultas Tarbiyah 774 sepeda motor dan 50 mobil dengan akumulasi tertinggi pada sepeda
motor 115 per jam dan 8 mobil per jam nya dengan durasi rata-rata 1.49 sepeda motor tiap jamnya dan
1.6 mobil tiap jamnya. Jumlah alur yang tersedia untuk parkir sepeda motor adalah 120 SRP dengan
kapasitas 81 kendaraan per jamnya dan alur yang tersedia untuk parkir mobil adalah 5 SRP dengan
kapasitas 3 kendaraan per jamnya. Sehingga kapasitas yang ada tidak sampai pada puncak permintaan.
Indeks parkir sepeda motor adalah 1,3 dan mobil 2.56, indeks terbesar daripada satu indikasi dengan
kondisi akumulasi parkir
