• Calculated nozzle loads for Pressure Vessels, Boilers, Heaters, Coolers, API tanks and various rotating equipment.
• Reviewed and coordinated P & IDs, PFDs, and equipment / plant layout and sizing steam headers/drums & loops.
• Worked on Steam /Water Hammer analyses, evaluated relief valve systems and performed hydraulic analyses.

Coolers and associated piping for the Refinery FCC Turnaround. Modified Delayed Coker Blowdown piping and
support systems and performing pipe stress analysis with CaesarII. Trained Engineers for Piping /Nozzles Analyses.
Prepared and reviewed piping and equipment specifications, MOC (Management of Change), and PHA
(Physical Hazard Analysis) to ensure compliance with ASME, ANSI, OSHA, API and Refinery guidelines.

issues surrounding Strategic Petroleum Reserve sites and oversaw timely resolution of safety and technical problems
at several DOE sites. Evaluated Process Conditions for Brine and Oil/water Separation from the Caverns to Tanks.
Gained international experience as Supervising Engineer charged with analysis of flare stack design,
thermal radiation and flare header stress/support for a smokeless flare system at Jeddah / Rabigh
Refineries in Saudi Arabia. Performed heat transfer calculation data sheets for the heat exchangers.
Scope of analysis activities covered underground crude oil pipelines, gas and crude oil flow and requirements
for oil/brine separation systems, hydraulic models, and oil drawdown from caverns and oil mines to storage
tanks. Revised ARAMCO standards for a new Flare and Headers requirements.
