It is planned such that the district centre
consists of 1,500,000 sq ft (140,000 m2) of
retail space boasting of top Indian and

LANDSCAPING
There is also a outdoor open plaza, Sanskriti, for art festivals, fairs,
exhibitions, performances, and al fresco dining. The plaza is
landscaped extensively in timber, water, stone and steel and has
an openair amphitheater, along with trees and water features.

BUILDING MATERIAL USED


The entire complex is finished with combination of granite, composite
metallic cladding, Acrylic paint and structural glazing. The lower levels
of the building have been given a more transparent look with large
glazed part being offered to foyer/food court/retail. This has been
done also keeping in mind the commercial aspect for shops to have
maximum frontage and making the shops more visible and lively for
the crowd visiting the building.
The lower levels glazing is treated with granite bands making a striking bold impression
on the lower shopping level and also relates itself with the mall elevation.

ARCHITECTURAL LANGUAGE : MODERNISM

The term is often applied to the modernist movement at the turn of 20th
century. Using the principles of architecture design with rapid
technological advancements is the modernism. The concept of

modern architectural style for institutional and corporate buildings.
