Altal Hussain did not migrate to Pakislan in 1947 bui'nas not yel born even. He was born at
Agra 6 years allenvards in 1953 and migrated to Pakistan in 1954. This young man came oi a poor lamily

backyard ol student politics. Allaf Husain was arrested lor the lirst time on 14 August. 1979 alongwith Alaq
Shahid ex-MNA at Mazar-e-Ouaid-e-Azam lorstaging a demonstralion lorrepatriation of strande.d 8'iharis.
He alone suilered the ditliculties of trial as his arrest made no ripple on the smooth waters. ln 1983. Altat
Husain. a deleated and disgruntled rnan proceeded to USA lor higher studies but tound his ambitions
bogged down due to economic factors and ended up as a taxidriver. lt is claimed by knowiecjgeable circles
