3) Blinding of inlet and outlet pipe lines started on 01.01.12 completed on 02.01.12
4) Removal of PSV for calibration completed on 01.01.12.
5) Removal of shell cover, floating head, channel, channel cover for chemical cleaning started on 02.01.12
and completed on 03.01.12.
6) Hydrojetting of tube bundle for chemical cleaning started on 04.01.12 and completed
on 11.01.12.
7) Re-installation of floating head and channel head and channel cover for chemical cleaning started
and completed on 12.01.12.
8) Chemical cleaning of After cooler DE-12 A/B/C started on 12.01.12 and completed on 14.01.12.
9) Removal of shell cover, floating head, channel, channel cover,tube bundles for DE 12 A/B/C started on
14.01.12 and completed on 16.01.12.
10) Hydrojetting of tube bundle for DE-12 A/B/C started on 16.01.12 and completed on 18.01.12.
11) Chemical cleaning of After cooler DE-11 A/B/C started on 16.01.12 and completed on 20.01.12.
12) Removal of shell cover, floating head, channel, channel cover,tube bundles for DE 11 A/B/C started on
20.01.12 and completed on 21.01.12.
13) Hydrojetting of tube bundle for DE-11 A/B/C started on 20.01.12 and completed on 22.01.12.
14) Tube inspection of DE-12 A/B/C by ESD started on 26.01.12 and completed on 31.01.12.

6) Removal of PSVs completed on 23/09/2013 send for calibration.

2) Cleaning of Anodes at channel head are in progress.
