Judul : Kajian Penerimaan Sistem Indonesia National Single Window
(INSW)

Sistem Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) merupakan salah satu

flagship pemerintah untuk mendukung kelancaran proses arus dokumen dan arus
barang ekspor dan impor di dalam negeri. Sistem ini mempunyai 3 konsep dasar
yaitu: single submission of data and information, single and synchronous
processing of data and information dan single decision-making for customs
release and clearance of cargoes. Kedepan, dalam skala regional sistem INSW
diharapkan mampu mendukung percepatan pengurusan arus barang dan arus
dokumen kepabeanan di lingkup ASEAN yang dikenal dengan Asean Single
Window (ASW).
Penelitian ini dianggap penting oleh penulis sebab digunakan untuk
mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat penerimaan pengguna sistem yang terdiri atas
importir dan PPJK terhadap sistem INSW saat ini. Pada penelitian ini, penulis
menggunakan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modeling).
Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode random sampling dengan melibatkan
192 responden dari kalangan importir dan PPJK yang berada di wilayah Jakarta
dan sekitarnya. Variabel laten dalam penelitian terdiri atas Content, Organization,
Technology, Service Quality, User Satisfaction dan Commitment. Variabel-
variabel tersebut digunakan untuk meneliti 5 hipotesis yang diajukan oleh penulis.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diterimanya variabel laten eksogen
Organization dan Service Quality yang mempengaruhi User Satisfaction dan
Commitment pengguna sistem INSW.

Title : Study on Acceptance of Indonesia National Single Window
(INSW) System

Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) system is one of the

government’s flagship to support smooth process flow and document flow of
export and import goods in Indonesia. This system has 3 basic concept: single
submission of data and information, single and synchronous processing of data
and information, and single decision-making for customs release and clearance of
cargoes. Looking ahead, at the regional level INSW system is expected to support
the acceleration of current goods and customs documents process in ASEAN
which is known as the Asean Single Window (ASW).
Author consider the importance of this research because of the assumption
on how to know far the level of user acceptance of a system consisting of
importers and customs broker nowadays. In this study, author used Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM). Data collection is through using random sampling
method involving 192 respondents from among importers and customs broker
located in Jakarta and surrounding areas. Latent variables in this study consist of
Content, Organization, Technology, Service Quality, User Satisfaction and
Commitment are used to examine 5 hypotheses proposed by author.
The results of this study is the acceptance of exogenous latent variables
Service Quality and Organization that affect User Satisfaction and Commitment
of INSW system users.
