Case 1-A
1. When transferring from one of the guys to being the boss, the result
is usually separation. One think that needs to be kept in mind is whats
best for yourself. If this position has more positives than negatives,
then go for it. It is best to try and not succeed than to not try at all.
2. There are some very obvious benefits for the pursuit of a management
career. Of course, the higher up you go, the higher your pay raise.
However, of course, with more power, comes more responsibility. This
can be both a positive and a negative, some may not want the extra
responsibility. Regardless, pursuing a management career will most
certainly teach you some very valuable life lessons.
3. Rafael will need to consider his own characteristics and what he really
wants. If Rafael enjoys being a team leader or coordinating, then
Rafael should most certainly pursue a supervisory position. However, if
Rafael does not like extra responsibility or enjoys having someone
guiding him through his work, then Rafael should stick to being an
employee.

a. Karens Responsibilities:
i. Certifying that all work has been done properly
ii. Handling money transactions
iii. Keeping the workers happy and environment friendly
iv. Daily activities of employees
v. Crew member
vi. Moving employees from one task to another
b. I put certifying that all work has been done properly at the top of
the list as this involves the customers. Customers come first, if
you have employees doing the job wrong and messing with the
customers car, thats loss of business.
c. Secondly, I put money transactions. I chose this because if
money is not handled properly, it could mean loss of profit.
d. Thirdly, I put keeping the workers happy. I feel this is a really
important aspect, if you have unhappy workers, they may not
