WEEKLY

COMMUNITY
FREE CHURCH
!

This past week, we

celebrated Easter in a
number of different
unique ways at
CEFCM. Thursday night
we hosted a Passover
meal, on Friday a silent
Good Friday service,
and on Sunday morning
a full Easter breakfast,
and our 10:45am
worship service.
What a week!
At each event there was a great turnout and we have already heard
how God used those times to encourage and minister to them. I
wanted to share this with you because in order to host these events
it took some pretty awesome volunteers.
The Fellowship Team who put together Easter Breakfast:
Trish Barrett, Larry Bunting, Larry Barrett, Kearah Barrett, June
Sanders, Don Ramsey, Mike Piasecki, Jim Woods, Dennis Stalter,
and all those who planned, shopped, and helped clean up!
The Worship Team: Jake Barrett, Gerry and Donna Smith, Jim
Sackett, Craig Hughes, Vic Christman, Larry Bunting, Adoza Puckett,
and Bruce Henrikson.
The Passover Meal: Tasha Schifo, Jake Barrett, Kat Blakeslee, Gabe
Llano, Tamara Llano, June Sanders, and those who brought all the
wonderful dishes to share for the meal.
Setup and Tear Down all week long: Larry Bunting, Tamara Llano,
Becky Lisle, Bruce Henrikson, Frank Howard, Mike and Jan
Piasecki, and Jakob Schifo.
Liz Gonzalez and Jan Piasecki for copying for folding the bulletins.
Abigail Eichstedt for cleaning the church.
Lori Stalter for her faithfulness in teaching Children Gods Word!
Also a special thanks for those who told me that during the Sunday
service they were praying for the work of the Gospel that was being
proclaimed.
My !heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you ~ Pastor Jason

ALL CHURCH BOOK STUDY

Hyper-spiritual
approaches to
finding God's
will don't work.
It's time to try
some- thing
new:
Give up.
Too often God's people tinker
around with churches, jobs, and
relationships, worrying that they
haven't found God's perfect will
for their lives. Oreven worse
they do absolutely nothing, stuck
in a frustrated state of paralyzed
indecision, waiting . . .
waiting . . . waiting for clear,
direct, unmistakable direction.
But God doesn't need to tell us
what to do at each fork in the
road. He's already revealed his
plan for our lives: to love him
with our whole hearts, to obey
His Word, and after that, to do
what we like (the first two will
shape the last!) Therefore, there is
no need for hocus-pocus, or to be
directionally challenged.
Just to do something.
Sign-up this Sunday!
The cost? Nothing, but the
willingness to be a part of a
group of people who want to
know more about Jesus!
