Purpose
IntroduceAssemblyProcessinProjectSystems.

Overview
AssemblyProcessisusedtoplanproductsorservicesthatareproducedorcarriedoutrepetitively.
Advantagebeingchangesmadeinthesaledocumentautomaticallyupdatedinthenetworkandviceversa.Helpskeepingprojectteamandsalesteamonsamepage.
AssemblyprocessomitsMRPplanningandgeneratesanoperativeorderdirectly.
AssemblyProcessFlow:Example
Createsalesorder,quotation,RFQwithRequesteddeliverydate,quantiyrequirementqtyanddatecopiedfromsalesordertothenetwork,backwardschedulingiscarriedoutforthenetworkand
availablilitycheckisdoneforMaterial.systemproposeddateifwecannotmeetthegivendate.
MaterialwithNetworkispopulated
Plannedcost,confirmeddeliverydateprovidedbythesystemBasedonthequantitiesthenetworkisadjustedaccordingswithrespecttoExecutionfactor.
