Project 1
Teach For India
It is an Organization, which has taken a choice, to transform lives, to see a dream
where 320 million change makers drive India forward, to make an India, where
every child gets the opportunity to attain an excellent education, an India, where
every human being is empowered with the choice.
Teach For India, a project of Teach To Lead, is a nationwide movement of
outstanding college graduates and young professionals who will commit two-years
to teach full-time in under resourced schools and who will become lifelong leaders
working from within various sectors towards the pursuit of equity in education.

Project objective
Study different income groups, age groups, cultural groups, try to know their
motivation to see a New India, what hope they have for their country and what is
their India to contribute to fulfill that hope. Study the difference in the motivations
and hopes of different groups that you have classified. Analyze and conclude which
group and for what reasons is the real HOPE for India. Make a triangle analysis, and
list down the learning that joins the angles of the triangle.
Project 3
Women of India
Woman is the strongest element of human race, yet the weaker section of the
Indian society. See it in declining sex ratio, increasing rape cases, unjustified
customs and rules, woman seems to have a compromising place in our society.
Where there socialization process starts with compromise and sacrifice. But
scenario seems to be changing; woman of India is awakening of her potential and
rights and is changing the rules.
Project objective
Study the real woman around you, woman who did not chose to lock her up inside
the four walls after being ridiculed by the humanity. But took over and rose above
the ordinary, she chose to make a new world for people around her; she created a
new thinking, a new place, where not only income is generated, but also the ideas.
The ideas that are empowered and have strength to bring a change.
List down their journey, their motivation to start again in life not for her but many
others. Make a triangle analysis, (three angle: you, the change maker and people
whose lives she is impacting) join the three angles of the triangle by your learning.
Project4
Project objective
Study entrepreneurs around you, who have started their ventures not to earn
income, but to creative initiatives like cleaner India, e waste management, bio gas
generation, paper recycling and have generated employment for those who did not
have even two square meals to eat. Study their organizations, their personality,
people who work there and their motivation behind such an unconventional way.
Study the change that they want to bring. Make a triangle analysis (three angles:
you, the entrepreneur and the people whose lives he or she is impacting)
Project 5
India is a land of heritage, culture, traditions and customs. In the map of the world,
we are seen as the most colorful country. Known for its unity in diversity, its
freedom struggle and freedom fighters. Variety of spices and food that varies after
every mile. Festivals that add life and keep the traditions alive. Languages and
literature that motivated everyone. Land full of mysticism and science.
Project Objectives
Study young achievers who had everything on their side, age, money, career
options and life full of success. But they chose to put it all aside, and were
motivated to change the ways and create a new history. Study these new age
entrepreneurs who left their high paid jobs or never took them, to start their
ventures where they get opportunity to preserve their real India. Make a triangle
analysis (three angles: you, entrepreneur and people employed by him or her) list
down the learning that join the three angles.

Project objective
Study entrepreneurs who have created organizations for specially enabled people
and are in a constant effort to change their lives and definition of ability. Study their
motivations, dreams and why they chose to be change makers, when they had more
secure options to choose from. Make a triangle analysis (three angles: you, the
entrepreneur, and the people employed by him or her)
