When the film is exposed

When the yellow figures 12,20 or 36 appear


i n t h e e x p o s u r e c o u n t e r ,t h e e n d o f t h e f i l m
w i t h t h i s n u m b e r o f e x p o s u r e si s i n d i c a t e d .
A f t e r t h e l a s t e x p o s u r e t, h e e x p o s e df i l m m u s t
be re-wound into its cassette. To do this,
press in the lockingbutton (l) on the side of
the camera, and while holding it in press
down the black knob (m) situated beneath it
until the knob clicks into place. Now operate
the rapid-wind lever (g) until the exposure
counter stops moving.The diamond-shaped
mark I Emporewith p 20 will now appear in
the exposure counter window. Operate the
rapidwindlever once or twice more to wind
t h e f i l m l e a d e r r i g h t i n t o t h e c a s s e t t e .O p e n
the camera (as describedon page 6) in subd u e d l i g h t a n d r e m o v et h e c a s s e t t e .

T o r e m o v ea p a r t l y e x p o s e d f i l m i n t h e d a r k r o o m ,f i r s t o p e n t h e c a m e r a b a c k a n d r e m o v e
the cassette. Then set the camera as for rew i n d i n g( d e s c r i b e do n p a g e 1 4 ) .T h e e x p o s e d
part of the film can now be pulled off the

To bring the exposure counter to its zero
p o s i t i o n ,h o l d d o w n t h e l o c k i n gb u t t o n ( q ) a n d

After releasingthe locking button, turn the

turned any more. The exposure counter is
now in the zero position.Before a new film

Avoid marking the lens or the viewfinder
window with finger-prints.Use a soft lens
brush or a piece of clean lintless cloth to
remove dust from these glass surfaces' lt is

remove dust or other particlesfrom the film
t r a c k a n d f i l m c h a m b e ro f t h e c a m e r a .
