STUDENT DEVELOPMENT:
1. Improve the level of performance of learner s in Science.
2. Increase learners achievement in NAT, DAT, RAT and SAT.
3. Design or select learning experiences suited to different kinds of learners.
4. Organize or provide remedial learning activities.
5. Assessment of the learning level of the students as indicated by formative or
summative test.
6. Encourage students participation in different organization and contest.
7. Encourage the learners to develop a positive attitude towards the subject and
the teacher.
8. Increase MPS level by 2%.
9. Utilize varied activities for various types of learners.
10. Maintain updated students school records.

lesson.

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
1. Continue implementing Science Education curriculum to increase students
success in Science through interesting and easy activities related to Science.

research appropriate to the learners and aligned to the objectives of the lesson.
4. Make good use of allotted instructional time.

7. Engage learners in activities that develop higher order thinking skills.
8. Give sufficient time to explain the lesson for clear understanding of the learner.

parallel to the competencies of K to 12 curriculum.

PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT
1. Make the classroom environment clean, safe and conducive to learning.

4. Maintaining good order and discipline among students in accordance with the
policies and safeguarding their health and safety when they are in the school
premises.
5. Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the
physical, social, and emotional development of the students.
6. Inform students of their duties in maintaining the cleanliness of their
environment.
7. Participate in actual clean-up drive of the school thru the student-teacher efforts.
