involved in farm equipment business through its Kuhn Group business segment, where
agricultural machinery for tillage, seeding, fertilization, spraying, land developments etc. were
supplied.

Buchers has employee strength of 10, 900 as if 2013. Kuhn brand that is dealing with the farm
