1. General

This Addendum and/or Plan shall be read together with the terms and conditions of Celcom First Voice for
Business and/or Celcom First Data for Business (collectively referred to as Celcom First Terms and Conditions)as
posted on our website at www.celcom.com.my/personal/terms-and-conditions

This Plan under this Addendum is only valid during the abovementioned Validity Period.

In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the terms and
conditions of Celcom First Terms and Conditions, the provisions of this Addendum shall prevail and supersede
such inconsistent provisions of the Celcom First Terms and Conditions in relation to the matters covered in this
Addendum.

2.

Call User Group (CUG)

The Free Voice Calls, Video Calls and SMS within the staff in the same company only applies if Customer who
makes the call or SMS and party who receives the call or SMS subscribe to the same CUG ID and same CUG
service. CUG services are referred to as Executive Pax (for Power Plans subscribers) or Biz Circle (for Celcom First
for Business plans subscribers). For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing two CUG services do not connect
with each other, unless notified by Celcom.
