The OWNER may exercise the following rights:


To enter any room for the purpose of inspection,
repair, or in case of emergency. To revoke Renters
privileges, including residency, for violating any
provision of the agreement. Last month of staying
(consume of deposit) the owner must inspect the door,
walls and cabinets in the room for vandals/stickers.
Any found stickers/vandals shall be charged to the
registered occupant for the labor and materials in the
amount of present prices.
One hundred pesos
(P100.00) will be charged as cleaning fee upon check
out or before leaving.
I/We, the undersigned, do hereby enter into this
agreement only, as witnessed by our signatures

It is understood that I/we, the renters agree of
what is stated in this policy especially the consumable
