We all know the importance of networking in our life. The network of you and
your business staff need to do their day to day work. Word operational means
day to day working of a company these basically comprise of people in the
company and people outside on whom the business work is dependent and
people on who are dependent on the company for their work.
Ibarra and Hunter found that operational networking was geared toward doing
ones assigned tasks more effectively. It involves cultivating stronger
relationships with colleagues whose membership in the network is clear; their
roles define them as stakeholders. (Carpenter, 2015)

Operational networking
The operational network basically are also the developing network of a company
operational network is basically the group of people one trust and those for
which one can always turn up advice and a place to discuss professional options.
Their demands on a company would be of a great impact on how you network
with them. Hence a manager has to develop good relations with individuals who
can help them with their business. They help you grow as an entrepreneur in
your business.

Personal networking
Personal networks are ones circle of casual acquaintances, typically composed of people
outside of the company you work for. (Carpenter, 2015)
Personal networking is mostly external relations developed in a business they are
friends and financial acquaintance that help you through business dilemma. This
helps in spreading word of mouth which is a free form of advertisement and
growth to business venture. These are usually friends and family that help you
with no motive to make any benefits from you or the business. Personal

networking will always come to rescue for the business and yourself they never
fail or disappoint you. Personal networking can be friends from working place
those who are now involved in your family network. Moreover personal
networking strategies can be used more wisely to increase personal business
contact and reduce cost of socializing and advertisement for the business.
Strategic networking
Strategic networking is the ability to marshal information, support, and
resources from one sector of a network to achieve results in another.
(Carpenter, 2015)
Strategic networking doesnt occur in ones day to day networking. This is the
networking of tomorrow it consist of two aspect which is defining future and
preparing for the success of future. In other words strategic networking is not
just a one side of the business but also it is about vertical and horizontal
connections of inside and outside stakeholders. Nobody can predict future but
that doesnt mean you shouldnt be worried about business future. Even though
one doesnt know what will happen in future they must be ready to identify what
will happen and be prepared for the same. The forces that are going to affect the
business comes from outside that doesnt mean you shouldnt be prepared for it.
Strategic networking helps one to deal with what the external forces might do to
the future of your business. Strategic network only works if one has a mutual
interest and it is maintained through keeping in contact with the personal
involved which help you in developing strategic networking.

Networking is achieved through socialising which is done by 3 important ways


that is click call face which is the technological innovation in the field of
communication.
Networking relationship is done via internet interviewing or over calls.

The access of all these components is easy and highly versatile that no margin of
space is left to approach when it comes to developing network of any
importance.
The advancement of this technology has made it easy for the business to keep in
touch with the beneficial aspect related to the business environment.
All networking which is operational personal and strategic is achieved through
communication which is down by the above three means. All of them are
relevantly important each one of it has their personal use and requirements.
The main focus is the connectivity and speed that is offered by these networking
tools the media reach and impact these tools have now in day to day working of
an organisation.
The time constraints on networking has been removed cause of all these tools
and it has become so simple and convenient to keep in touch with the key
persons that would serve as the part of strategic importance of the business.
Networking strategy is simply aligning network towards achieving goals. In other
words proper use of network to achieve business goals.

Purpose of networking via various methods are stated as under;


Operational networking is interacting or making relations with persons that one
is dealing at day to day work. These are the consumers suppliers middle agents
who have an impact on business on a large scale.
As said they are also development network which is basis of business growth as
financial aid is received from development network and making good long lasting
relation with them is essential for the business prosperity.
My business which is a school and the specification of operational networking to
my business would be help in financial aid and increasing sales volume resulting
in higher profits for the business.
Personal network are more like a reserved network or a saving account as they
are mostly the one you can turn up when you are in most need in any way might
be financial or advisory. They are your friends and family and they seek no
monetary motive behind supporting of your business.
Personal network for my business would be generation of publicity as the family
are like leaf of a tree after a certain time they travel and discover new places
which is they make their family bigger which is a wider spread of personal
contact and this personal network helps to be the advertisement for the business
and it costs one nothing as it is publicity through word of mouth. Even personal
network helps for advisory finance and other needs in the business

As we all know business and its future are never predicted and hence once
formulate strategies which is like hedging for business future venture. Strategic
networking helps us to be prepared for these future circumstances and therefore
this networking is very important.
Now who exactly are strategic network personal these are sociologist in the field
of business and keeping in contact with them on timely basis helps one to
maintain relations. This is beneficial for business and hence one should be
focusing on it as it is difficult to make and maintain strategic networking as it is
built on trust and mutual interest.

The basic purpose of networking is socializing with communities that will be


beneficial to the business or an organization.
Individually all networking Is essential to a person and his/her business the goal
behind making various network is to ease the flow of personal and business
operations.

pitcher same are the strategies for the business. Similarly networking serves to
be a very crucial part of a business organization in my business which is a
Primary and Secondary School in INDIA I need a lot of publicity to achieve sales
and find new customers for which I need to have a strategic network which
would be crucial to my business as one needs to have plans ready to complete
the goals and desire generated by an entrepreneur for the business organization.
Personal networking is socializing to gain an existence in the market and the
target of my business is to achieve high sales word of mouth and knowledge of
existence of my business is essential, secondly personal networking is done via
socializing which is done through internet and hence one can make a judgement
that it is a cost effective method of advertising which in itself is a smart business
move.
Operational networking strategy to explain this or relate it to my business ill just
take help of one simple image which itself would speak why it is essential in the
business.

It is simple to read that there is a handshake between two mickeys which simply
shows a feeling of understanding and mutual respect with happiness this is what
is to be achieved in a business which is possible through operational networking
as it develops a work friendly environment and helps employee to focus on
motive of the business.

the right track and mostly professional contacts that are established helps
business to attain its strategy and achieve its goal for which the above networks
play a vital role.

Hi I am BEE (Bhushan Khakher) a Masters in marketing with some exposure into


two different working cultures which some what gives me a chance to deliver a
pitch to you.
The business I am going to introduce to you is no unique concept but at the
same as my pitch will be different the product will also distinguish itself which is
primary and secondary schooling.
Basically schooling up brings a child to tackle the obstacles he/she is going to
face in this competitive world but my idea is to not just train them for the

competition but give them exposure to that talent which they have within
themselves.
Why my business is unique is because I want to introduce sports and other
recreational facilities into the educational curriculum and to provide high tech
facilities which Indian School are lacking.
So the future of this project is far sighted and it has a vision and a mission to
make itself the next substitution word for schooling.
