Chairperson: Assalamualaikum wbt and good morning to all of you, i would like to

thank for attending this meeting. As we all know our company will be conducting
Dynamite Camp during school holidays in order to strengthen bonds among
students. Before we proceed to the meeting today, i would like request Miss
Nadia Nabila to recite Al-fatihah.

Chaiperson: Thank you for the recital. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss
about the camp. So, we are going to discuss a few details about the camp. First
and foremost, I would like to ask your opinion for the activities for the camp.
Chot: I think we can organize some activities such as Jungle Trekking, Rock
Climbing, and swimming. We can also organize few games such as Explorace,
Traditional Games and so on.
Chairperson: It is a great idea, then, how about the food?
Yana: I think we can provide the participants with groceries and equipments. As
facilitators, we can guide them to cook, so that they can be independent in
future. This can be a learning process for them.
Chairperson: How about the venue and transport for the camp?
Ifwat : Hmm.. maybe we can do the camp at Sg. Chiling Fish Sanctuary because
last year I went there and the place was great. All the facilities were fully
provided and the atmosphere is comfortable and suitable for us to conduct a
camp there. I think Sg. Chiling Fish Sanctuary would be the best place for us to
conduct a cam. For transportation, we will provide a bus for the participants to
get to Sg. Chiling Fish Sanctuary.
Chairperson: Apart from Sg. Chiling, does anyone have any suggestion?
Yana: Excuse me, that is good idea but I think we can just do it at Teratak River
View because it may cause very high expenses. Besides, we also need to save
time for this camp which is expected to take a week.
Chairperson: I agree with you Miss Yana. It is a good idea to conduct the camp in
the Teratak River View as the distance is much closer. So, we will conduct the
camp at Teratak River View. Is there any objection from the floor about the
venue?
All: No Miss Ashikin.
Nadia : Miss Ashikin, I will explain to you about the budget of the camp. For food,
approximately RM2000 for all the groceries and the equipments. Meanwhile, for
transportation, they have to come to Teratak River View by themselves because
all the activities will be held there. Next, for the venue, we will reconfirm with the

authorities there and discuss about the fee. I will inform you later about the
confirmation. For the budget for the gift, I have to confirm first with the Games
Committee. I will come up with the budget later. I will update to you as soon as
possible.
Chot: For participant i would like to suggest upper secondary students from
Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tanjung Malim. But, in your opinion, how many
students can participate in this camp?
Yana : If Im not mistaken, only 30 participants are allowed to join this camp.
Ifwat : But, how about the admission fee ?
Chairperson: What do you think Aza ?
Aza : I would like to suggest RM 50 for each student. Would it be okay ? RM 15
for the groceries RM 10 for the gifts and another RM 5 to pay the admission fee. I
am afraid to ask the students to pay more because I could somehow understand
that some students might have financial problems. So RM 20 for each student,
would it be okay?
Chairperson: I think that would be okay as the fee is just reasonable
Yana : ( Raising hand) Mrs. Aju, I think I can help to in charge on the need of
media and technical. I will set up the technical equipment and I will also manage
the printing and advertising for the camp. Besides, I will design the banner and
flyers so that the participant will know the details about the camp.
Chairperson: Great then. Is there anymore questions?
Chot : I suggest that we can find any sponsorship to reduce the costs for this
camp so that the fees will not be a reason for students not to join and attend the
camp.
Ifwat: can we invite outsiders or public to join this camp ?
Chairperson: I keep this question in my mind and we will be discussing these
matters in our next meeting. With that note, I thanked all of you for your presents
