52.5% of respondents qualification is 12th standard, 27.5% of respondents qualification is UG
and 20% of respondents qualification is 10th standard.
OCCUPATION WISE CLASSIFICATION
60% of respondents are Driver, 20% of respondents are Private Employee, 17.5% of respondents
are Business Man and 12.5% of respondents are Government Employee.
INCOME WISE CLASSIFICATION
47.5% of respondents income is 16,000-25,000, 35% of respondents income is 25,000-35,000.,
10% of respondents income is below Rs. 15,000 and 5% of respondents income is 36,00045,000.
VEHICLE WISE CLASSIFICATION
47.5% of respondents owns FORCE Traveller, 32.5% of respondents owns TATA Sumo and 20%
of respondents owns CHEVROLET Tavera.

57.5% of respondents are owned only 1 vehicle, 37.5% of respondents are owned 2-4 vehicles

ADVERTISEMENT WISE CLASSIFICATION
Advertisement on TV and Newspaper advertisements have more responsiveness, Magazines and
Pamphlets are in moderate number and Brochure have the low number of respondents.
SALES PROMOTION WISE CLASSIFICATION
Force Traveller have more number in Exchange way of sales promotion and low in direct
marketing, Chevrolet Tavera have more number in Exchange way of sales promotion and low in
Personal Selling and TATA Sumo have more number in Discount and Exchange way of sales
promotion and low in Personal marketing.

COST MAINTENANCE WISE CLASSIFICATION


Force Traveller have more number under high cost maintenance, Chevrolet Tavera have more
number in medium cost maintenance and Cost maintenance of TATA Sumo is high among the
respondents.

second by more number of respondents and TATA Sumo has ranked first by more number of

In Force Traveller more respondents are satisfied with Prompt service and less in Prompt
delivery, In Chevrolet Tavera more respondents are satisfied with Concerned & Friendly and less
in Prompt in Action and TATA Sumo more respondents are satisfied with both Availability and
Follow Up where less amount in Concerned & Friendly.
