an artisanal pile fermentation process that transforms
sun-dried green tea into ripened, full-bodied Pu-erh tea.
Masala Chai can be another name for Chai tea which is
a mixed-spice tea, -a rich spiced tea latte traditional to
South Asia. Tea leaves in this style are crushed or ground to
release their essential characters and combined in
micro-batch blends to harmonize for flavor
complexity.
