OPEN UO-PIV-008 ,UO-PIV-009
CLOSE UO-PIV-012,UO-PIV-010,UO-PIV-011
OPEN UO-HM-002
slowly open UO-PIV-013
start flushing from point 1 to 7
water washing clean when valve closed.
Avoid Dead ends formation.
Perform Air drying after flushing
Dispose water at Safe location
STEP NO.2
Connect inlet and outlet nozzles.install hose pipe at point at point 1.
OPEN UO-PIV-008
CLOSE UO-PIV-012,UO-PIV-010,UO-PIV-011,UO-PIV-009
OPEN UO-HM-001
slowly open UO-PIV-013
start flushing from point 1 to 6
water washing clean when valve closed.
Avoid Dead ends formation.
Perform Air drying after flushing
Dispose water at Safe location
STEP NO.3
Connect inlet and outlet nozzles.install hose pipe at point at point 1.
Install blind at point 4 if butterfly valve is not installed.
CLOSE UO-HM-004
CLOSE UO-PIV-012,UO-PIV-010,UO-PIV-011, UO-PIV-008
slowly open UO-PIV-013
start flushing from point 1 to 5
water washing clean when valve closed.
Avoid Dead ends formation.
Perform Air drying after flushing
Dispose water at Safe location
STEP NO.4
Connect inlet and outlet nozzles.install hose pipe at point at point 1.
Install blind at point 3 if butterfly valve is not installed.
CLOSE UO-HM-004
CLOSE UO-PIV-012,UO-PIV-010,UO-PIV-011, UO-PIV-008
slowly open UO-PIV-013

start flushing from point 1 to 3

water washing clean when valve closed.
Avoid Dead ends formation.
Perform Air drying after flushing
Dispose water at Safe location

Install blind at point 3,4 if butterfly valve is not installed.

start flushing from point 1 to 2
water washing clean when valve closed.

slowly open UO-PIV-013
start flushing from point 1 to 8
water washing clean when valve closed.

OPEN UO-HM-003, UO-PIV-010,UO-HM-002
CLOSE UO-PIV-011,UO-PIV-012.
start flushing from point 7 to 8
water washing clean when valve closed.
Avoid Dead ends formation.
Perform Air drying after flushing
Dispose water at Safe location

Connect inlet and outlet nozzles.install hose pipe at point at point 7.
OPEN UO-HM-002, UO-PIV-011
CLOSE UO-PIV-010
start flushing from point 7 to 8

water washing clean when valve closed.
