Indian Muslim Citizen Is Facing Slave Like Challenge in India:

Today is February 04, 2010. Since last week, I have been observing war of hot verbal
exchanges between Shiv Sena Leader Bal Thackrey and Film Star Shahrukh Khan who is
Muslim citizen of India. This hot verbal exchanges took the political verbal war between
political parties Congress and Shiv Sena.

This verbal war like situation in India tells the real worsened situation of freedom of
Muslim Citizens of India in particular and minorities (Christians and Muslims) in
general. Their severe under-representation in employment, education, protection
(police)organizations, military, bureaucratic systems, parliament and state legislative
assemblies is the result of systematic, planned and organized policies against them as if
the Hindu rulers are taking revenge of division of India in 1947.

Shiv Sena, Bhartiya Janata Party and Other Hindu hard liners’ organizations like Vishva
Hindu Parishad, Baj Rang Dal and Rashtriya Swayak Sevak Sangh are those who have
strong mental disgust toward the Muslims and as such, they used to raise issues. The
common Muslim employee or Muslim citizen cannot freely express his views towards
interests of the Muslims in India. Mr. Shahrukh Khan is a famous hindi film actor of
India. Currently his film-My Name is Khan is about to be released. Right at this moment;
Shiv Sena Leader Bal Thackrey raised the so called issue when Shahrukh khan expressed
his views in one public gathering about appointment of Pakistani Cricket Players in
Indian Premier League played in India. The Cricketers are hired by auction. He expressed
his views “Cricket is a game and not a politics. Hence Pakistani Players should have
been hired which unfortunately not done knowingly; by Indian Owners and this is an
insult to Pakistani Players” The Shiv Sena leader openly threatened to Shahrukh Khan
that his film would not be allowed for show in Mumbai and Maharashtra theatres! This is
a situation of a Muslim famous actor of India! Think, what may be the position of
common Muslim intellectuals in India! The rogue people of Shiv Sena did wear and tear
in Mumbai streets and poster of Shahrukh Khan’s film torn.

The Hindu hardliners, especially Maratha surnamed Godse, killed Mahatma Gandhiji.
The Hindu hardliners forget that if the Muslims did what they did to Muslims in Gujarat
in 2002, no Hindu would be able to live outside India as the Muslims are high majority in
57 countries of the world. In today’s Russia, 9 percent Russian population is practicing
Islam. The Muslims are not so mean. The Muslims do not support misguided Taliban.
The world witness the Taliban terrorists who are just a tiny part of world’s Muslim
population; can play havoc then if such religious provocation continued by the Hindus,
the days would not be far that such atmosphere of their killings may be created for them
outside India. So, it is prudent for Indian Hindus and for Indian Governments to provide
Indian Muslims equal Status for them by providing them proportionate sharing in
education and employment. The severe under-representation of the Muslims in Police
officers, judicial systems and other administrative positions has given full opportunities
for the Hindu hardliners, hindu local terrorists (gundas/rogue) to behave rudely looting
the Muslim properties. Sharukh Khan ‘s film posters demonstrated at theatres and other
places in Mumbai were torn. The Indian government, Bhartiya Janata Party lead coalition
had succeeded to declare Mr.Dawood Ibrahim as an international terrorist through UNO
but the UNO forgot to study in deep how he had adopted the path of terrorism. The true
matter was that the Shiv Sena Gundas looted his properties during demolition of Babari
Mosque in 1992. Have you got record about his terrorism before 1992? He saw by his
naked eyes that the Hindu Gundas were looting his properties and police were silently
looking as an observer. What can one do if some-one is going to kill you? The law
permits to save life by killing the person who attacked in a fatal way. The People of two
warring countries at war are safer than the minority people living in India in a slave like
position. This is not a democracy at all. I can tell you so firmly as I have lived in India as
a Muslim Citizen till 48 years and worked for eleven years as a senior supervisor in
railway of India and also worked for ten years as a lecturer in Gujarat state.

So, it is wise to see that terrorists are not created rather than to fight with terrorists. The
people at birth are not terrorists. But; yes, the situation around them makes them
terrorists. I request that Dawood Ibrahim be given shelter if he willed to live sincere life.
Similar shelter or reconciliation may be granted to Taliban. The Misguided persons can
be taught with sincere efforts. They have the fear that the Westerners are knowingly
address against Islam. Of course, something is true which goes in their favour. Recent
sign campaign and survey to stop minarate construction of Mosque in one European
country on the pretext that the minarets are terrorists symbols is the example which
provocates the entire Muslim world. What kind of Minarets did Hitler see? Did he see
Cathedral dome and became terrorist dictator? The present day democratically elected
leaders are elected to administer the country and not to administer religion. They are
elected by the people of all religions of the country. The religions are far old. The religion
is not a country. You are elected for a country and not for religion administrator. When
bogus persons become leaders, the citizens have to suffer. As for example, the current
president of the France is not sincere to his own wife as he keeps and moves with girl
friend, he is teaching lessons to the Muslims of France about their women dress code!
Such leaders must see in themselves about their own religious code of conduct.

When party leaders or Country leaders are behaving like that of Adolf Hitler, taking
advantage of democracy, the good people become terrorists. Bal Thackrey, Narendra
Modi, and other Hindu Hardliners are rude in their speech and behaviour and action, the
terrorists can be created. Every person has the limit of tolerance. Can leaders in
democracy be allowed to speak against any community? Indian Muslims are silently
bearing these stupid fellows when they listen such rude leader’s speech in the name of
Pakistan. Their speech to the Indian Muslims is like “The scold of mother-in-law to her
daughter in front of her son’s wife as if saying to son’s wife in a taunt” when they shout
against Pakistan. Such unbearable mental pain is given to Indian Muslims by rude Hindu
leaders of India. The UNO is requested to deal with Kashmir Issue quick as possible. OIC
(All Muslim Countries) is requested to be unite. OIC has 57 members which is second
largest organization after UNO. Be unite as a prudent Muslims and prepare one United
Muslim Army made by All Muslim Countries. The most of Muslim countries have joined
borders with neighbouring Muslim countries. So, all the Muslim countries can be united
as one United Islamic States where states refer to the countries. This is the demand of the
time. The world is behaving as if Islam is a country and Western Countries and Hindu
Hardliners are at war with that country (Islam)! Why Islam is targeted for the terrorist
attacks? The world forgets that Islam’s Prophet had to migrate from his native place
when terrorist activities against him were beyond limit. The Muslim calendar has been
introduced marking migration of the Prophet of Islam, called as Hijrah Calendar which is
lunar based calendar. Westerners may not know that the Islam has invented democracy.
Islam’s history witness invention of democracy and also witness the first fight to save the
democracy which unfortunately could not be saved and son of prophet’s daughter and his
family male members and companions martyred which included six month infant of
Prophet’s grand son.

The rude tribal like Shiv Sena leader Bal Thackrey boast of development of Mumbai city
by Maharashrian! It was a very small village and developed by the British to a big city.
Now, Maratha boast to take pride of development of Mumbai! What is strange ideology
they are publishing! It was a Mumbai State (Bombay State) and Bombay belonged to
Bombay State comprising of Maharashtra and Gujarat at that time. The Bombay State
was divided in Gujarat and Maharashtra. I am surprised why a Part of Mumbai was not
given to Gujarat. Now, Gujarat must ask for their share in Mumbai. If that is not possible,
the best solution is that, Mumbai must be made as a Central Administrated State as done
to Delhi few years ago. This will erase all problems of language barriers for the residents
of Mumbai. Indian Government is requested not to politicize the issue of reservation for
the Muslims. It is their right. Indian Constitution permits it. So, don’t play game. If there
was a constitution problem, why then Muslim reservation commission (Mishra
Commission) was formed? Was that only to use it before election time in Uttar Pradesh?
But the Muslim Citizens are clever enough. Muslims are not employed in Parliament and
in other organizations on the pretext that, they are not educated! After 60 years of
independence, this thing is realized! Till then were you sleeping? In fact, the systematic
avoidance of the Muslims in employment, education, parliament seat sharing, states
assembly legislature sharing etc is a reality in India.

See the hardliner Hindu government policy. The GUJCOC bill passed by Gujarat
Government gives abnormal powers to police. There is a clause in the bill that the
statements given in police department should be considered as legitimate by the court.
What a foolish bill it is! The entire world has witnessed the credibility of Indian Police.
Fake encounters are a routine reality of Indian Police (State Government Police og
Gujarat in Particular). The people can be arrested by fraud and manipulated reasons by
the police under the pressure of hard line leaders and can be tortured in the police custody
to give statements favourable to them. Under such situation, how can such bill be passed?
In Gujarat, since last 25 years, there has been no single Muslim Minister in State
legislature. This bill was passed in Gujarat Assembly to use against the Gujarati Muslims
in the name of fake terrorist search. When no minister in Gujarat has been employed
since last 25 years, though five millions Muslims are living in Gujarat, bravo to Indian
democracy!

See, what kind of manipulation and plots are being made by Hindu Hard line leaders! By
this way, what do they want to prove? Do they want to remove Islam from India? I laugh
at such Hindu hard Line leaders. Their thinking is like a frog of a well. A frog of a well
understands that this well is whole world. They are trying to change History (This
statement is for Murli Manohar Joshi-a bogus leader). How will you change Islamic
History in Pakistan and other 56 Islamic countries? It is a time in India that State
Government system should be removed. Only Central Government System must be run
through out India with district governments locally elected for only districts. In such
system, only Districts governments and Central Governments are the rulers. This is the
best solution in Indian democracy. The mal-practices by state leaders will be wiped out.
