Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Requirement Gathering and Analysis
a. Gather and analyze functional/non-functional Business requirements. Focus on identifying
business needs and provide relevant solutions. Suggest improvements in requirements/business
processes.
b. Document and review the identified requirements with end users. Get required signoff from
the respective stakeholders involved.
c. Identify and manage Risks, and follow them to closure.
d. Verify and validate requirement documented by team members by doing detailed peer reviews
to avoid gaps and ambiguity in requirements.
2) Requirements Communication and Management
a. Provide walkthrough of user requirements to the Development/QA teams.
b. Provide functional support to Design and Development team during the Design and Build phase
c. Create & Prioritize the Change Requests to be delivered by the Project Team
3) Solution Assessment
a. Perform internal testing of the new report/enhancements and then share it with user for UAT
b. Get UAT signoff from user
4) Business Knowledge
a. Build expertise in business processes related to various stakeholder groups
b. Mentor and coach team members
