Senior Consultant - Roles and Responsibilities


The primary responsibility of a Senior Consultant is to provide direct supervision to Consultants and to facilitate the execution of project work plans. Serving as both the role model and the trainer, the Senior Consultant should
demonstrate attributes of excellent client service and assist team members in developing their technical and professional competency. It is assumed that a Senior Consultant will be able to demonstrate all of the Core Skills of a
Consultant.
