FOR SUPPLIERS IN METRO MANILA
Completion of the registration process is a pre-requisite to being an accredited supplier of San Miguel
Corporation and its businesses. The steps in registration, required documents and the supplier registration
form are included in this set.
Registration Guidelines
PAYMENT
Pay the Php 2,000.00 registration fee. Mode of payment may be cash/check at the:

SUBMISSION
Present official receipt of registration fee payment, and submit the duly accomplished Supplier
Registration Form together with the required attachments to:

REMINDERS
1 The registration and evaluation process approximately takes fifteen (15) working days.
2 You are required to provide an active e-mail address so that you can be notified of the status of
your application.
3 Only applications with complete requirements will be processed.
