NPT (WBTS) :
BTSSupportForHSPACM :
This parameter defines whether the BTS supports HSDPA compressed mode. If it is supported, the RNC can start the
HSDPA compressed mode in this BTS if it is needed. If it is not supported, the RNC can start the DCH compressed
mode only. The HSDPA compressed mode can be utilised only when the RNC configuration parameter
CMmasterSwitch is enabled.
LoadControlPeriodPS :
This parameter defines the period how often PS can perform load control actions in a certain cell.
OverbookingSwitch :
Defines the BTS specifically if overbooking is done for the RABs going to the BTS. This means that if the switch is
turned on, the RNW database Activity Factors are used for calculating the RAB's ALC parameters. If the switch is
turned off, the default values of Activity Factors are used.
PSAveragingWindowSize :
The parameter defines how many PrxTotal/PtxTotal measurements that are received in the NBAP: RADIO RESOURCE
INDICATION - messages, are included in the sliding window used in averaging.
PtxDPCHmax :
Parameter defines the maximum code channel output power for the power control dynamic range of BTS. The
power control dynamic range of BTS is the difference between the maximum and the minimum transmit output
power of a code channel. The maximum transmission power is calculated by adding the value of the parameter to
the BTS maximum output power (Pmax in dBm).
RRMULDCHActivityFactorPSBackgr :
The parameter defines the average UL DCH data rate in relation to its maximum allocated transport channel data
rate when the DCH is transferring the RB of the PS background RAB.
RRMULDCHActivityFactorPSTHP1 :
The parameter defines the average UL DCH data rate in relation to its maximum allocated transport channel data
rate when the DCH is transferring the RB of the PS interactive RAB. The traffic handling priority of the RAB must be
equal to 1.
RRMULDCHActivityFactorPSTHP2 :
The parameter defines the average UL DCH data rate in relation to its maximum allocated transport channel data
rate when the DCH is transferring the RB of the PS interactive RAB. The traffic handling priority of the RAB must be
equal to 2.
RRMULDCHActivityFactorPSTHP3 :
The parameter defines the average UL DCH data rate in relation to its maximum allocated transport channel data
rate when the DCH is transferring the RB of the PS interactive RAB. The traffic handling priority of the RAB must be
equal to 3.
SchedulingPeriod :
This parameter defines how often the packet scheduler makes scheduling decisions, and when it can start doing
allocations.
PtxDPCHmin :
Parameter defines the minimum code channel output power for the power control dynamic range of BTS. The power
control dynamic range of BTS is the difference between the maximum and the minimum transmit output power of a
code channel. Minimum transmission power is calculated by adding the value of the parameter to the BTS
maximum output power (Pmax in dBm).
PSRLAveragingWindowSize :
This parameter defines the use of transmitted code power of radio link averaging in RNC for packet scheduling
functionality.
The parameter defines how many radio link specific average transmission powers of the DPDCH bits are included in
the sliding measurement window that is used to estimate the power change in case of an NRT DCH bit rate upgrade
or in case of a NRT DCH bit rate downgrade due to load control.
The special value 0 means that this parameter does not affect measurement result averaging in the RNC.
NodeBRABReconfigSupport :
This parameter enables/disables the use of PS RAB Reconfiguration feature. When this parameter is enabled the
system checks that the BTS supports the reconfiguration of PS RAB.
