Communication
If you need to speak to your child’s
teacher, please do not interrupt the
teacher during or between classes.
You may leave a message at the
front desk and the teacher will get
back with you.
Cover Ups
Parents, please encourage your
dancer to wear cover ups to and
from their dance class to maintain
modesty, especially your older
dancers.

Health and Safety
In consideration to other dancers
and family members we ask that you
keep your dancer home if they are
ill. Any student who is running a
fever will not be allowed to attend
classes for at least 48 hours so as
not to expose other dancers. Please
call the studio to report the illness
and arrange a make-up class.
$5.00 off your monthly tuition. If we do not receive your tuition by the Tenth of each month an automatic $15.00 late fee

2010 Annual Showcase Information
The showcase will be held at Lake Mary High School on Saturday, June 19, 2010. Mandatory Dress Rehearsal on
Friday, June 18, 2010. Please mark your calendars and invite friends and family to be a part of this enjoyable event in
your child’s life.
This is a very exciting time of year for us, showcase dances are starting and costumes are starting to arrive. We will
have fittings soon; they will be done towards the end of class time. Please be patient as not all costumes in each class
will arrive at the same time. If your dancer does not have a costume when their class is being fitted you should feel
free to take them early that day. When their costume does arrive they will have their fitting.
Showcase pictures will be taken April 20-23, information about your reserved day and time will be sent out shortly.
Picture viewing will be May 12th and 13th. Please plan to be present for pictures, even though it may not be your regular
scheduled class time or day. The purchase of pictures is optional; however, please participate so the class picture will
be complete for those who do plan to purchase pictures. If your dancer is not participating in the showcase, they are
still welcome to have individual pictures taken, they should arrive on picture day dressed and ready in whatever attire
you would like their picture taken in.
It just wouldn’t be Showcase without a beautiful bouquet to present to your special dancer? Showcase flowers sales
are an annual fundraising event for our company dancers.
It’s EASY, CONVENIENT, QUICK and the bouquets are BEAUTIFUL. What’s not to love?

Tuition is due by the Fifth of each month. If you pay your tuition on or before the Fourth of each month you will save
