tion system covers all retail banking functions performed in a branch both in fr
ont office and also in back office. Its powerful management information system e
nables senior management to take timely strategic decisions in most dynamic mark

environment.
XYZ is a nationalized bank with more than 1000 branches with focus on informati
on technology Tyra Information System has obtained the Total Branch Automation t
ender competing with number of companies at the RFI stage and also against estab
