*Rentals of the computer labs, science labs, and the NCIH room require a minimum of 15 students. If
there are less than 15 students, the fee will be accessed for 15 students. If there are more than 25
students, an additional surcharge of $5 per credit hour will apply to the 26th student and all others
over the 25.
Rentals for the classrooms and labs include security, parking, utilities, and access to the LRC during
regular hours.
Additional charges may be negotiated with the college for
Extra security beyond normal operating hours ($10 per hour with minimum $35)

There is no charge for screening appointments or fluoride treatments as indicated by the patients
treatment plan.
All fees are due the day of service and must be paid prior to the delivery of services in the clinic that
day. The HCC Dental Hygiene Clinic does not bill patients for services rendered.
The HCC Dental Hygiene Clinic does not accept Medicaid or dental insurance for payment.
All fees for HCC full-time students are price. Must be taking 12 credit hours or more.
All fees for Dental Hygiene family members (DH faculty, Staff, & Students) are price. This includes
spouses, parents, and children only.
