ABSTRAK

Proteksi pada jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik memiliki peranan yang sangat
penting guna keandalan dan kontinuitas serta keamanan penyaluran tenaga listrik,
terutama pada bagian ujung beban dan percabangan satu fasa. Koordinasi antar
pengaman pada jaringan distribusi harus sesuai dengan standar yang telah di
tetapkan oleh PT.PLN (Persero).Pada daerah percabangan satu fasa terdapat
pengaman terhadap adanya arus gangguan yang mungkin terjadi yaitu Fuse Cut
Out (FCO).Recloser berfungsi sebagai pengaman setelah PMT yang biasanya di
letakkan pada zona dua atau tiga. Recloser sendiri dapat mengenali arus
gangguan hubung singkat bahkan terhadap arus gangguan hubung singkat yang
sangat kecil, untuk itu perlu diperhatikan koordinasi antar recloser dengan FCO
(Fuse Cut Out) agar kerja dari kedua pengaman ini dapat bekerja dengan baik dan
menghindari kegagalan koordinasi pada jalur percabangan satu fasa,sehingga
daerah pemadaman dapat dikurangi . Oleh karena itu perlu di lakukan penyetelan
(setting) rele GFR (Ground Fault Relay) pada recloser dan penentuan fuse link
pada FCO yang cocok hingga tipe yang di pakai antara tipe T dan tipe K agar
koordiansi dapat sesuai dengan standar dan dapat sesuai dengan kondisi beban di
lapangan.

ABSTRACT

Protection on power distribution channels have a vital role for

reliability,continuity and security of the electricity distribution, especially in the
dead end section and single phase branching. Coordination between security on
the distribution channel must comply with the standards that have been fixed by
the rule of PT.PLN (Persero).On single phase channel contained safeguards
against any possible interference currents, namely Fuse Cut Out (FCO) .On main
distribution channel ther is recloser. Recloser as protector after PMT are usually
in place in the second or third zone of the feeder. Recloser itself can recognize the
short circuit fault current even against short circuit fault current is very small, it
is necessary to note coordination between recloser and the FCO (Fuse Cut Out)
so that the work of both these safeguards can work well and avoid coordination
failures on branching lines single phase, so that the area can be minimized
outages. Therefore, it is necessary to do the setting Ground Fault Relay (GFR) in
Recloser and determination fuse link at FCO so that suitable to.The type in use
between type T and type K so that coordination can be in accordance with the
standards and can match the load conditions on the ground.
