• Obtained $24,485 in additional consultancy fees for my employer by delivering high-profile
government client’s post-training evaluation analysis, capturing results far exceeding industry standards
(2009).
• Captured the win of a $3 million training contract, conducting due diligence and preparation of the RFP,
for the firm as the EEO Subject Matter Expert on the Proposal Team (2008).
• Increased hiring of 14 diverse job applicants for mission-critical positions by authoring an “EEO White
Paper” utilizing extensive and complex analysis of Human Capital relating to EEO complaints, recruitment
& retention, and personnel policies (2007).
• Saved a $75 million procurement project, directing a team of seven in successfully responding, within a
90-day period, to EEO Compliance Audit by the Federal Transit Administration, obtaining EEO and Civil
Rights Program Certification for Washington Metro and Metro Dade Transit Service Programs (1998).
• Significantly increased the representation of diverse employees in entry-level managerial positions by
29% (12 employees) over a three-year period, instituting two nationally recognized Career Development
Programs by the American Public Transportation Association as the Chair of the Metro Dade Transit
Workforce Development Committee (1997).

Manage the overall administrative functions for a mid-size non-profit organization (i.e. religious institution)
with a congregational base of more than 1,500 members; direct and coordinate policy development activities;
oversee the organization’s website and web team; perform oversight duties for two ministries; supervise and
manage the administrative staff consisting of two full-time employees and 10 administrative volunteers;
accountable for design and delivery of employee training seminars on the subjects of HR Compliance, team
work, and Effective Communications.
• Published an Employee Handbook covering six workplace areas to include benefits, compensation,
performance evaluation, disciplinary action, ethical standards, and workplace guidelines.
• Authored a “White Paper” on the organization’s membership trend lines and attendance gaps over a two
year period based on contribution data resulting in an activity planning recommendation that increased
neighborhood-specific outreach efforts to increase attendance.
• Created a monthly in-house publication (i.e. The Connection) for ministry announcements that reduced the
organization’s weekly coping cost by 25%.

Directed the Complaints Division for the Title VI Program, evaluating discrimination investigation reports from
proprietary secondary education facilities, oversight of the EEOC Management Directive 715 Compliance
Program, training, and oversight and coordination of 57 collateral duty EEO Officers.
• Reduced Title VI backlog of cases by 100% (22 cases) within a two-month period, and subsequently drafted
and issued 50+ Title VI compliance determination letters.
• Facilitated Instructor-Led training to over 300 Educational Officers regarding Title VI requirements for
secondary schools, improving complaints processing proficiency by 25%.
