4Marvan Bin H:ACM is a controversial figure in Islamic History.Many myths are

5deliberately produced to distort the historicity of this unfortunate figure.
6Attempts are made to attack on S:ah:i:h: Al Bukhari based upon the misguided view
7of Marvan.
8The aim of this article is neither to defend Marva:n nor to attack him ,BUT to shew
9that the extremist view of Engineer Ali Mirza against this character is a secret
10weapon to attact S:AH:I:H: AL BUKHARI: .
11According to a number of Extremist Marvan was a Cafir or a Fasiq. Some Shiite
12minded proclaimers of Sunnism cross the limits by claiming one who believe that
13Marvan was a Muslim or S:alih: is out of folds of Sunnism.
14But real Sunnism takes a moderate VIEW ABOUT Marva:n.
15He was a Muslim and a SIQH Ravi [Tradition Narrator], whether he was a ASunni or
16not is not the issue at the moment.
17Many Rafid:I and Rafid:I minded persons , attact on Noble Bukhari THAT it has
18accepted a tradition even from Marvan. Some even go further to attack Imam Malic
19RH.
20It is proposed by some [ Apocryphal Rafid;si] that Marvan was the killer of Saiyidna
21Talh:ah RD in the war \battle of J-ml, even if they were on same sides.
22Some also attribute to him the act of killing of Saiyiduna Zubair RD.
23Engineer Ali Mirza claims that he had found a S:AH:IH: AL ASNA:D tradition
24[RAVA:YAH] which informs that at least one of the charge against Marva:n is true.
25Engineer Ali Mirza [an apocryphal Rafid:i] actually tries to accack on the credibility
26of IMAM BUKHARI, BUKHARI SHARIF, IMAM MALIC and MUVATTA SHARIF.
27A RESPONSE TO ALI MIRZA:=
28IF A TRADITION WITH S:AH:H:I:H: Sanad is found which narrates that Marvan had
29atleast one of the two stated above S:AH:BI: even then the MATN[TEXT] of the
30tradition is Not MAH:FU:Z: [conserved] or the narrator and the eye witness of the

32Since if this were the cases then neither of the two Great Imams would have
33accepted his traditions, not even s ingle one.
34Not even in support, not even as subsidiary tradition or assistant tradition etc.
35There is an Ijma: on Bukhari even ACCEPTED BY THE ENGINEER.
36So it is clear that if a S:AH:IH: UL ASNA:D TRADITION CONTRADICTETH AN IJMA: it is
37nullified.
38An other possible answer is that it might be an act of QATL AL KH-T:A: . That is in the
39event of the was it was just an accident that he killed one of the Great S:AH:ABI who
40was on his side. Such an act is logically and rationally possible and not impossible.
41WE MUST HAVE TO TAKE THESE POSITIONS OTHER WISE CRADIBILITY OF ALL SUCH
42HOLY BOOKS OF HOLY TRADITIONS ALONG WITH THEIR AUTHORS SHALL BE LOST.
