Mission statement
Nokia indicates that their mission as a company is very simple
CONNECTING PEOPLE. Although it may sound very short but a
lot is included in this bold statement. The company promises to
keep building and designing great mobile products to satisfy
consumers with different needs. Company states that they want to
bring their costumers an opportunity to get more out of their
mobile (081, 2011)
Objectives
Overcome losses by 25 percent of 3.8 billion that we suffered
in late 2011 by the end of 2015 in order to stable the
company's position .As if Nokia didnt write off the loss it will
become a big threat to the organization
Target sales of EUR17 billion by end of last quarter of 2015
(net sales of 2014 is EUR 12.7 billion ) to increase the profit
ratio .By increasing our profit we would be able to invest
more on future projects and it will strengthen the companys
position (nokia corporation, 2015)
Dividend on shareholders is to be purposed up to EUR 0.30
per share for the period of 2015 (0.14 EUR per share
dividend was purposed in 2014 , special dividend was 0.26
actually distributed). By increasing our dividend percentage
Nokia would be able to attract more investors.( (nokia
