Professional Work Experience

Quality Assurance, TelePacific – Dallas, Texas 8/2007 – 9/2008
• Perform testing tpSA (Service Activation) project that allows the customer order after the inventory assigned
to specific telephone number can successfully go through OTR (order translator) and provisioning automatically
using WebLogic for testing.
 • Perform testing the CMS Inventory Link using Web service client test tool (WebLogic console) that allows
customer telephone number(s) is/are assigned inventory equipments automatically after creating customer order.
• Work on Service Area Lookup Tool that allows users query service availability through Web Service for
Portability feature using MS SQL Server Management Studio 2005 to access database and QTP tool for testing.
• Validate the migration from NetAid to Granite System after the acquisition of the company. Ensure the
correctness of inventory data before and after transition using Toad to access Oracle database and SQL Server
Management Studio to access SQL Server 2005 database.

Senior OAM System Integration, Nortel Networks – Richardson, Texas 10/2000 – 8/2007
• Worked on CNMP (Converged Network Management Platform) Security Integration and CDMA Core network
management. It included maintaining and validating the availability of the servers (active or standby), testing logs, and
network stability.
• Implemented and modified automation test scripts for Call Processing features by using test automation tools
(GAP, CATT, CASTV, WAT, and STEP) and executed the regression test. Wrote test cases to integrate with real devices for
CDMA Circuit switch, CDMA Packet Core and Packet tandem Solutions.
• Implemented automated test tool, simulation tools to set up traffic and using LoadRunner tool for load testing, and
test scenarios to ensure the accuracy measurements of CPU, memory, and disk space percentage. Designed and developed

• Served as prime for SDM Billing feature in MTX09 release. Developed feature, design documentations and
assisted test with integration testing.
• Primed for weekly sanitize design server to ensure quality of the new software loads. Assisted and worked with
other team members to investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner before declaring the status of the new
