Objective of Task
To find the root caused of punch list that occurred in KPOC
(AHU) project.
Business Benefits
To achieve customer satisfaction on the product and company.
To reduce the cost for rework process.

Provide the visual aid (e.g: welding process, fit up
procedure etc) at the working place.

receiving or delivering for material/product either for
consumable or project.

To find the root of caused of traceability problem that
occurred in Store Division.
To find any improvement that can be implemented regarding
to the process flow and instruction of process for Store
Division.
