Assignment
Pick out/Define a specific target segment for giant inflatables
Describe a sustainable business model (make sure that the building
blocks fit and be as specific as you can!)
What will be difficult in successfully making the transition from the
old to the new business model? (consider aspects such as
competences, culture, resources,)
What will you do in order to make this change process running
smoothly?

Output
A (nice) PowerPoint presentation
of no more than 25 slides
that you would present to potential investors

and would be convincing to them!

PS/ if necessary and useful you can add some additional comments in the notes under the slides.

Grading
will be based upon:
The in-depth description of the building blocks and understanding of
the old business model
The in-depth description of the building blocks and consistency of the
new business model ( feasibility is an important aspect)
The sustainability of the new business model
The understanding of the process in making the transition
And - last but not least - your overall creativity!!

Competitive Grading
will be based upon:
I will be making a (relative) ranking of the 5 projects that will be
handed in the best project will get the highest grade!
