If we are serving as your domains DNS host and/or registrar, you
can manage your renewals, registration, and DNS settings.

page. If you are on the
DOMAIN LEVEL PAGE THE LINK WILL TAKE YOU TO THE DOMAIN 1UARANTINE
Manager. If you are in the settings for a specic mailbox, whether

Spam Filtering
Adjusting the Spam Filter
1. On the Control Panel Main page, locate Domains | Spam
&ILTERING #LICK THE Set Preferences LINK
)NDICATE WHETHER YOU WANT TO MAKE CHANGES FOR THE ENTIRE
domain or for a specic mailbox.
3. In the Spam Filtering Settings window, you can turn spam
lLTERING ON OR OFF /R CLICK THE Exclusive button if you only want
to receive email from senders on your domains Safelist.
4. If you have turned spam ltering on, indicate what should
happen to spam messages:
s $ELIVER TO 3PAM FOLDER3PAM MESSAGES WILL BE SENT TO
the users Spam folder. Indicate whether or not you want
spam to be automatically deleted and, if so, how often.
)NDICATE WHETHER YOU WANT TO MAKE CHANGES FOR THE ENTIRE
domain or for a specic mailbox.
s $ELETE THE EMAIL IMMEDIATELY3PAM MESSAGES WILL NOT
be delivered, but will be deleted immediately.
s )NCLUDE h;30!-=v AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SUBJECT LINE
3PAM MESSAGES WILL ARRIVE IN THE )NBOX BUT THE ;30!-=
TAG WILL BE INSERTED INTO THE MESSAGES 3UBJECT LINE
s $ELIVER TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS3PAM MESSAGES WILL BE
sent to the email address you specify.
Exchange Handling:
s 3END SPAM TO RECIPIENTS QUARANTINE3PAM WILL BE SENT TO
each users Quarantine Manager. Users can access their
Quarantine Manager through the User Control Panel.
Indicate whether or not you want non-user spam to be
SENT TO THE DOMAIN QUARANTINE )F NOT NON
USER SPAM WILL
be sent to the Quarantine Manager for that individual
contact, resource, distribution list, or public folder.
s 3END ALL SPAM TO DOMAIN QUARANTINE!LL SPAM WILL GO TO
the domain Quarantine Manager.
s 3END DOMAIN QUARANTINE NOTIlCATIONS TO3PECIFY AN
address to receive Quarantine Manager updates.

Split Domain Routing
Split domain routing allows administrators to host additional
mailboxes with another provider.
! CATCH
ALL ALIAS WILL RECEIVE ALL EMAIL SENT TO UNKNOWN USERS AT
your domain. Spammers tend to guess addresses at domains
and may send thousands of email messages to invalid users.
With this feature enabled, you will receive all of those spam
MESSAGES RATHER THAN LETTING THE SERVER REJECT THEM &OR THIS
reason, we discourage use of this feature.

messages.
1. On the Control Panel Main page, locate Domains | Manage
