Two (2) Nos. bottles (1 no. duty + 1 no. Standby) of N2 cyclinders in one skid (A-5910) at TKP-A will be served for pig trap L-1350 for purging
after pigging activity.
Material for cylinder shall be in accordance with ISO 4954 Type C31 or BS 5045 Part 1-CM or DIN 17200-W.NR.1.7220 or ASTM A372 Type VIII
All stud bolts and nuts shall be PTFE coated over electroplated nickel/zinc as per PTS 39.01.10.12. and CSP-23
Material, surface preparation and coating shall be suitable for offshore environment. Surface preparation and painting shall refer to
PTS 30.48.00.31.
Refer to Instrument datasheet for instrumentation requirements.
The cyclinder nameplate shall indicate the cylinder dry weight and respective N2 fill weight.
Skid dimension is 750mm (L) x 700mm (W) x 1800mm (H).
The weight of overall skid shall not exceed 0.7MT
Vendor shall supply one (1) number of 5m flexible hose with quick coupling (female both ends) with dust cap and hose reel.
One(1) flexible hose shall be supplied for connection from Nitrogen Bottle to instrument tubing. Flexible hose
for connection from instrument tubing to Launcher, L-1350 shall refer page 2 of datasheet.

Flexible hose shall be non-collapsible, non-leakable type and shall be at single full specified length without joints.
Flexible hose shall be hydrotested 1.5 time design pressure
Hoses shall be suitable for offshore, marine, salt laden atmosphere.
Hoses shall be provided with a SS316 tag attached to the hose indicating working pressure,design pressure, tag number etc.
