Forja Rotec is committed to quality, making

allocate resources for each product.

design, enabling our company to be extremely
flexible in initiating the design process.

We can work based on customers existing


forging drawings or use them only as support,
analyzing and recommending the most efficient
process for manufacturing. All members of the
engineering team use computer-aided design
to develop die and part designs.

Our cutting off facility includes lines of


horizontal band saw cutting machines with
the possibility of cutting steels with round and
square sections up to 800 mm.

We have the capacity to produce forgings both


ferrous materials (carbon steel to high alloy
steel) and nonferrous materials, as well as to
perform rough and final machining of forgings.
We can also offer hot rolled steel bars.
