Handsfree Operation
Superior quality built-in speakers and microphones
with volume control enable users to work the phones
while taking care of other tasks.
Speech Recognition Access
Superset 4000 series telephones support access to
Mitel Speech Server including the Mitel Speech Server
Attendant. This simplifies internal or external dialing,
enabling dial-by-name.
Advanced Display
For more professional, effective and efficient call
handling, Superset 4000 series telephones display
the date, time, incoming caller ID, length of call
and softkey prompts.

Advanced Communication at Your Fingertips

The Superset 4000 series is available with a
number of operational peripherals and add-ons for
additional flexibility.
Dedicated Headset Jack
The headset jack is a favorite feature in the call center, at
the reception desk and among communication-intensive
workers who need to work with their hands while on a
call. The Superset 4000 series comes with a dedicated
headset jack with integrated volume control.
Expansion Modules
If a business needs more than the programmable keys
on a stand-alone Superset 4000 series telephone, 12,
48 or even 96 more can be easily added using the Mitel
Programmable Key Module (PKM) 12 or 48 and the Mitel
PKM Interface Module. An optional Analog Interface
Module allows for an analog telephone or other analog
device to be connected to and used with a Superset
4000 Series telephone or a single DNIC port.
