Literature Review:
In spite of the truth a huge number of authors have investigated knowledge Management
behavior and process, a standardized approach that might easily categorize the content of
knowledge management has not yet been definite (marko slavkovic, 2013). Knowledge
management refers to getting hold of knowledge; so as to is, creation, collection, storage,
distribution, and knowledge application (Miller, 1999). Rising knowledge in the group can be
completed in two ways: by creating knowledge, which includes inside enlargement of
innovative information or the enhancement of on hand knowledge, and by capturing knowledge,
which refers to inflow of peripheral knowledge keen on the organization. (varica babic, 2013)
Knowledge creation is a tremendously tricky action, numerous organizations are revolving to
simpler technique of acquiring information, which involves acquirement of data from exterior
sources and version of that knowledge to their possess requirements (Bhatt, 2000).
Knowledge is acquired as of information and information move toward into ownership from
data. (Davenport, 1998). The factors which were researched and highlighted reason the
breakdown of knowledge management and examine cautiously and systematically that while
processes and civilization are not correctly familiar system tend to be unsuccessful the
implementation of knowledge management, whereas input is not taken as of all stake holders in
rising. (weber, 2007). The logical assessment factors in accomplishment of knowledge
management system to be successful and contain cited frequent preceding researches which
permitted that knowledge responsive civilization be supposed to be developed or recognized if in
sort to obtain victorious achievement of knowledge (choi and chong, 2005).
The method to determine knowledge management maturity is compound. Through combining
set of serious success factor by means of a set of quantifiable knowledge management factors
the crossroads was completed to describe a innovative set of assessable elements of knowledge
management. (rasula, 2012)

Information Technology

The worth that knowledge management add, lies in rising person, team and organizational
competence throughout utilization of knowledge management utensils that are capturing
knowledge and usage of IT tools. In capturing knowledge the superior rank of seizing knowledge
i.e unambiguous or implicit among info technology tools, the enhanced the knowledge
management results. The mainly leading knowledge management paradigms are concerning
information technology (Benbya, H., Passiante, G. & Belbaly, N.A. (2004)., 2004)
The usage and excellence of IT tools, the superiority of information, consumer fulfillment, rate
of practice, competence and ease of access, are very vital for managing knowledge. (Dimovski,
2008).
When it comes to judging the influence of those two elements on the KM construct, it is
supposed that the level of seizing both unambiguous and implicit knowledge with IT tools affects
KM in a positive manner (Tishler, 2004) However, the compelling need for knowledge
management in organizations is fuelled by a host of social economic and technological factors
and only when used in tandem with an appropriate knowledge management strategy. Information
technology is a powerful enabler of organizational success. (Martin, 2005)

Learning
Learning can be done by supporting new ideas by exact feedback and ignoring old habits.
Potential of influential should be reallocated to ease and mix the different feature of learning.
(Yeo, 2007). In the e-memories environment, learning matter is guided by knowledge and ability
controlled by virtue of ontologism. Learners can get this knowledge and these skills by doing
different, analyzing different matters. If we recall, expertise are cleared by knowledge they allow
to place into practice. (Abel, 2008). The usefulness of executive's leadership matters and
organizational learning ability growth are symbiotic (Limpibunterng, 2009).
A changing structure, an advance to total superiority values, and extremely qualified employees,
might work in favors of learning traditions in organizations. It is very important to have
qualified, young, dynamic workers in organization to promote learning culture. (Rebelo, 2011).
It was concluded that directing principle growth can be assisted using procedure common to
those told for mixing organizational learning, namely, a dialogue-rigorous process including
steps of question, deviation and junction (Oliver, 2007)

Knowledge Sharing
Organizations gave importance and attention to the sys-tem of transferring best practices,
experiences and knowledge, getting stakeholders ideas etc. to maximize the sharing of
knowledge. Organizations should maintain documentation of experiences and made it reachable
for others so that the maximum people will know about experiences and take benefits that will
help them to take decisions about different problems in the organization. (chawla, 2010)
Knowledge management has positive relation with organizational learning and culture and as a
result, with employees satisfaction. To improve the employees satisfaction and knowledge
management system, organizations must have to adopt different policies to enhance the learning
environment and make strategies to improve the organizational culture. (Singh, 2011)

This is possible for transformational leaders to effect the employees view about human capital
benefits and also able to enhance these, by the way of involving employees in Knowledge
management system, establishing suitable culture and sharing communication among
them (M.Birasnav, 2011) Team environment and empowering leader-ship highly affect the
individuals knowledge sharing behavior and attitude. (Xue, 2011) companies today, more and
more seek to improve their business performance through promoting the knowledge management
mechanism. Knowledge manage-ment advancement becomes an important factor to carry on
competitive advantage that leads the business success. Know-ledge usefulness, top management
support and knowledge management system quality positively affects the knowledge
management evolution stages that are knowledge manage-ment initiation, development and
mature. (Lin, 2011)

Strategy
The organizations which have realized and comprehended its importance completely awarded
value to their employees and incentives for knowledge sharing and creating an atmosphere which
is beneficial for successful knowledge management systems. (Zack et al, 2009)
