Charged with handling several key project implementations, including Asset Management, Phase II upgrade of
Microsoft AX, a multi-site support program, and other smaller projects. Managed conference room pilots in
Indianapolis.
Implemented Asset Management Program for the company Oil Refinery from creating work orders to
preventive maintenance standards.
Served as point person for all internal customer service needs and business requirements to ensure
satisfactory resolution of issues for employees.
Collaborated on the successful Phase II upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics AX from 2009 AX to 2012
AXr2.
Implemented a support program for both the refinery and office functions, which included user groups
in Mt Vernon and Indianapolis, for Helpdesk services, centralized documentation of processes, work

Drove efforts to maintain and improve the corporate relationship with all member cooperatives. Visited member
locations on a regular basis to ascertain any additional requirements needed and to ensure their satisfaction and
continued loyalty.
Implemented on-line contracting with a strategic partner that enabled members to contract fuel monthly,
quarterly, semi-annually and annually without having to call in for a price.
Provided 12 months of basis numbers to members each week for Chicago and Gulf Coast Markets.
Managed hedging of member contracts with the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) and
provided monthly reconciliations of contracts and hedges to Finance and auditors annually.
Worked with members to determine and resolve root cause of problem processes quickly.
Doubled customer and company cash flow by implementing a secure portion of the existing website
where customers could see all fuel pickups at CountryMark terminals in real time.
Held meetings with member groups to discuss website upgrades at three locations in Indiana.

Logistics Manager
Led operations, including management of operations supervisors, material handlers, maintenance, quality
control, human resources, accounting and purchasing. Also, managed 50 Tier 2, 3&4 suppliers domestic and
overseas that were sourced by International purchasing.
Maintained customer relationships with international plants in Indianapolis, IN and Huntsville, AL as
well as customer engineering and purchasing in Chicago, IL.
Set up plant in southeast Indianapolis using lean manufacturing techniques utilizing 60,000 sqft where
traditional required space was typically 100,000 sqft.
Implemented Planning for every part (PFEP) to determine quantities, packaging, skid sizes, returnable
containers, anticipated demand etc. to determine spatial requirements for inventory.
Developed an efficient racking layout to accommodate raw materials and overflow in case of vendor
over-delivery.
Developed and implemented Kanban pull system from customer back through to supplier.
Strategically managed inventory of $2M per day through milk runs.
Earned 98% accuracy for year-end 2003 from audit by Certified Public Accountant firm that resulted in
no longer requiring a plant closure to perform a physical inventory.

Co-managed the Warranty program with the VP of Operations in determining root cause of failure to core
engines when received.
Developed a software program to receive / inspect all core engines in the Teardown Department that
allowed operators to quickly diagnose failures & disposition engines electronically.
Implemented an innovative Reporting System to International and Ford which became the template for all
their suppliers.
Developed a strong relationship with Ford Warranty and International Warranty Divisions.
